When I see life balancing delicately, which way do I choose?

There are many variables in life, and you cannot live in the light without the dark.  We can only try our best in our current situation and surroundings, despite what the world and media may tell us.

Do I choose between a completely plastic free life, or avoid feeding my children strawberries and other berries which I can only find in plastic?

Do I choose to only wear clothing made of organic design, or affordable garments on the high street?

Do I make my own bread or buy bread in the supermarket?

Life is full of conundrums that do not seem to have a simple answer.

All I can say is what I strive for…

• Equality
• Ethics
• Fairness to all
• Freedom of choice
• Ability to know to chain of arrival
• Entering equitable negotiations
• Feeling safe in my interactions with the world
• Fundamentally in conservation of nature
• True respect for one another
• Of heart and mind
• Of truth and inner knowing
• Of ability to adapt and negotiate
• Seeing truth in all
• Seeing passion in all
• Seeing my way in all

Through consumption of plastic, I let my heart bleed for mother Gaia.

Of cutting down her trees for paper and wood, my heart bleeds for Gaia.

For setting foot on an aeroplane, my heart bleeds for Gaia.

• These are many ways I see the shadows in my actions, these are many ways I would prefer not to have a consequence, the many ways I could condemn myself. But a pure life does not exist.  A holy person is only holy to himself.  A saint is only a name reclaimed on retirement and a bastard always wins the grace of The Mother.  All of life is like this, twists and turns at every event, trials and tribulations deterring us from perfectionism, bleedings hearts all over the world.  What can we do you? What can we hope for? How can we live in abundance for all?
• For that is the true driver. Abundance for you, abundance for me, abundance for my family, abundance for my community, abundance for my land, and abundance for Gaia herself.  In fact, if you look around, all anyone is really striving for is abundance.  Abundance of good nature and humour, of relieving oneself of one’s burdens, calling into action that which they desire, and being free to live from a place of truth, rather than weakness.
• What do I mean by weakness? Plenty have asked this question and failed. If I do not win todays battle, or the next or the next, am I weak? If I possess a million charms but do not see myself as rich, am I weak? If I fall into the arms of the beloved and cast away its grace, am I weak? Weakness is a human word of human construct; it has no place in truth.  In truth, there is no truth, only existence.  Placed in the palms of many, truth becomes lies.  Placed in the lies of a few, truth arises.
• We cast aside our thoughts of truth, faith, desire and fulfilment and we land in hatred, lust and greed. We cast aside our thoughts of worry, and turmoil and severity and find ourselves in sweet serenity.  It is not by mistake we take life for granted, it is not by mistake we smell the roses, it is not my mistake we take heed on our past deeds.  We are as such, just wonderers, wondering upon life.  We are just seeking, looking for something.  We are just people, in a sea of confusion and delight.  Where do you place yourself today… confusion or delight?
• In plain sight the truth arises, deep within our course. Blessed are we to see the horizon with its very draw.  A bid for attention for the new day, lets now call it in,  that we shall seat our awareness, deep, deep within.
